UNOde50 relies on Openbravo Commerce Cloud to enhance its in-store experience

The jewellery brand UNOde50 has chosen the Openbravo Commerce Cloud solution, Orisha Commerce’s SaaS platform, to equip its 96 stores, both domestic and international, with a unified commerce platform capable of managing all its points of sale and inventory centrally.

 

With this new partnership, UNOde50 will continue to improve the customer experience and its operational agility, whilst ensuring sustained and scalable growth in the international market. The jewellery chain currently has 51 physical stores in Spain, but its presence in the international market is becoming increasingly established. In fact, it already has 14 outlets in the USA and 10 in Mexico. A business model that is also beginning to gain a foothold in the European market with shops in France, Italy and Portugal.

A unified platform for a growing brand

One of the main challenges retailers face as they expand is ensuring operational consistency and service quality whilst continuing to grow their market presence. That is why UNOde50 needed to equip its physical stores with a new omnichannel point-of-sale solution to enhance the shopping experience.

 

The project therefore implements point-of-sale (POS), store management and omnichannel operations solutions, incorporating mobile POS and clienteling functionalities, as well as inventory control and in-store stock management. It also integrates loyalty schemes and gift cards, alongside the management of promotions and discounts, which will help strengthen after-sales service.

 

It also incorporates capabilities for preparing online orders in-store and implementing omnichannel scenarios, such as real-time stock checks at other outlets or warehouses, product reservations, click & collect, and in-store returns for online orders.

Rapid deployment to accelerate results

All these operational improvements will begin with a pilot phase at the Fuencarral store (Madrid), which is scheduled to open in June this year. To roll out the solution quickly, Orisha Commerce will use Fast Track, a methodology designed to speed up implementation and get the system up and running in just seven weeks.

 

This methodology is based on a structured approach that includes the rapid collection of information via predefined questionnaires, implementation on a preconfigured system, ensuring a smooth transition, and the use of 100% standard functionality, eliminating the need for bespoke development. It also incorporates a train-the-trainer phase, which ensures the effective transfer of internal knowledge and accelerates the teams’ adoption of the system.
